The contents of the Website are specifically for the residents of the UK. The law concerning the operation of the Website is governed by English law and any transaction is deemed to have taken place in England. The Website is therefore subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Anyone wishing to purchase items on the Website are required to register their details with the Website. Users must ensure that they follow all product packaging labels and leaflets prior to use. If you suspect you may have a health care problem you should consult your doctor prior to taking any medicines. Please consult your doctor if you are already taking prescription drugs or are under ongoing medical care before taking any additional pharmaceutical products.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

All prices and offers on the Website are subject to availability whilst stocks last. If stock is exhausted then we will contact the User with the new price and you will pay or be refunded the difference. Alternatively, the User may be given the opportunity to cancel their request.

Only one discount offer or code/voucher may be used with each single request.

The price shown on the Website is inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

The Website is regarded as an invitation to treat. Orders placed are an offer to purchase which H I Weldrick Limited may accept or decline at its absolute discretion without needing to give any reason for declining the offer to purchase. A confirmation email is automatically sent which confirms receipt of the offer to purchase. This does not constitute acceptance of the offer to purchase. A contract is deemed to have been entered into when H I Weldrick Limited issue a sales invoice or a delivery invoice. Our pharmacy team will check all orders before releasing the order and issuing a sales invoice or a delivery invoice.

Once the order has been placed on the Website the transaction is manually processed at the premises of H I Weldrick Limited by their registered pharmacist. Their pharmacist is registered with the GPhc

We can only process prescriptions from an original prescription. Once you have placed your request for supply the original prescription must be sent to H I Weldrick Limited, Leedale House, Railway Court, Doncaster, DN4 5FB. We cannot dispatch any order until the original prescription has been received by H I Weldrick Limited and checked by their pharmacist.

All product information contained on the Website is wholly owned by MedicineChest Ltd. On no account is anyone allowed to download any data or information for commercial use. Users are allowed to download information pertaining to a specific product for information only. Users are reminded to check information for products on the packaging and leaflet which comes with the product. Product packaging and leaflet information directions and warnings must be followed when taking the products supplied.

H I Weldrick Limited reserves the right to use which ever form of delivery it deems necessary. Recorded and Special Delivery packages must be signed for at the delivery address. Whilst H I Weldrick Limited also reserves the right to use any form of delivery and packaging, generally any packaging will be discreet with a plain unprinted outer package. Postage and packaging will be charged at £3.49 for UK orders for orders up to a value of £35 and standard orders with a value over £35 will be free of charge unless stated in the specific item description. This does not relate to prescription orders. Heavy packages may incur an additional charge regardless of order value. Heavy package charges for orders over £35 may be discounted. Higher charges for postage and packaging will apply where stated in the specific item description.

We cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver by any third party which H I Weldrick Limited decides to use. Delivery to the correct address or within any particular time frame are also outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for correct delivery in any way. H I Weldrick Limited will assist as much as possible in order to give good service. You are responsible for signing for packages containing medicines but any signatures by a third party at your address will be deemed as receipt of the medicines and fulfillment of H I Weldrick Limited's obligations in dispensing that prescription.

Standard Delivery for UK orders takes between 2-5 working days. If your mail has not been received after 5 working days, check with your local delivery office and your neighbours to check whether they are holding your order. At this time please contact our customer service team, we will endeavour to make interim investigations with Royal Mail on your behalf. Royal Mail do not consider mail to be lost until 15 working days after posting. If after 15 working days your order has not been received please contact our customer service team with your order number, name and address. We will then issue a claim form to Royal Mail.

BFPO (British Forces Post Office) deliveries are available for British servicemen and UK residents serving in the British Forces or in consulates outside the UK. The charges for postage and packaging for BFPO orders will be a minimum of £6.40 on any order. . Heavier packages will be charged accordingly, the User will be advised of the new price and you will pay or be asked to pay the difference. Alternatively the User may be given the opportunity to cancel their request. Free delivery does not apply to BFPO deliveries. Higher charges for postage and packaging will apply where stated in the specific item description.

Customers placing orders for deliveryoutside of the United Kingdom are responsible for checking theirlocal Customs and Excise restrictions which may result innon-delivery or delay of their order. Medicine Chest Limited cannottake liability for items being imported into countries whererestrictions are in place. The customer will be fully liable for thetotal cost of the order if the item is retained/deemed undeliverableby customs or the regulating authority. All items are sold for thepersonal use of the recipient under the supervision of a local healthcare provider. Resale is usually prohibited by the laws of theimporting country. Import duties and taxes may have to be paid insome countries and are the responsibility of the customer. It is theresponsibility of the customer to obtain details of these chargesfrom customs and excise in the country to which goods are beingdispatched.

Standard Delivery to countries in the European Union usually takes between 6-12 working days from dispatch. If your mail has not been received after 12 working days please check with your local delivery office and your neighbours to check whether they are holding your order. At this time please contact our customer service team, we will endeavour to make interim investigations with Royal Mail on your behalf. Royal Mail do not consider mail to be lost until 20 working days after posting. If after 20 working days your order has not been received please contact our customer service team with your order number, name and address. We will then issue a claim form to Royal Mail.

Standard Delivery to countries outside theEuropean Union usually takes between 5-15 working days from dispatch. If your mail has not been received after 15 working days please check with your local delivery office and your neighbours to check whether they are holding your order. At this time please contact our customer service team, we will endeavour to make interim investigations with Royal Mail on your behalf. Royal Mail do not consider mail to be lost until 25 working days after posting. If after 25 working days your order has not been received please contactour customer service team with your order number, name and address. We will then issue a claim form to Royal Mail.

If your items are returned to by Royal Mail forwhatever reason, we will arrange to redeliver the item to you, subject to a delivery charge. If you decide not to have the goods returned, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to £15. We are unable to refund delivery costs.

Any unwanted goods can be returned for full refund within 7 working days of receipt. Refunds will only be made if the products are returned in good condition, in undamaged packaging unopened with any security labels undamaged and intact. All returns for any reason must be agreed with H I Weldrick Limited. Customers should contact our Customer Services Department on 0845 402 4409 to obtain an Authorised Returns Number before they are returned. The customer will be responsible for any return postage costs unless goods are faulty, or received in error. We do not accept responsibility for returned goods getting lost in the post unless the customer can provide acceptable proof of postage.

Payment can be made either by debit card or credit card using our secure payment Sage Pay* service which ensures that your payment details are kept secure. As none of the information you submit comes through the Website we will not at any time access or retain any credit or debit card information.

Every effort has been made to make sure this database is secure and it can only be accessed by H I Weldrick Limited, trusted Medicine Chest staff and occasionally, trusted third parties such as Doctors, Medical writers and IT personnel for the purpose of improving this site.

We will retain contact and delivery information together with your log on and password. For your convenience we retain information about any non prescription products you have purchased to aid your future use of the site.

As a User registering with Masters Direct you are enrolled onto our Loyalty Scheme which will allow you to receive information on special offers and competitions or promotions. Users can opt-out of this service at any time.

The United Kingdom is under an obligation to minimize the disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) in domestic waste and encourage recycling, recovery and environmentally sound disposal. Certain electrical items cannot be disposed of in domestic waste but should be disposed of through an approved WEEE take back scheme. We are only able process NHS & Private prescriptions written by a UK, EU/Swiss prescriber.

We are unable to process veterinary private prescriptions not written by a UK prescriber.

All prescription services provided by H I Weldrick Limited are provided on a basis of reasonable endeavours. Requests made electronically or otherwise for a prescription from your Doctor will be forwarded to your Doctor as soon as is reasonably practicable. Due to variations in the different systems used to do this we cannot guarantee a time of arrival at your Doctor's surgery or guarantee its arrival at all. The User is responsible for ensuring that the request has been received by their Doctor.

We are only able to legally dispense medicines when we have received a valid paper prescription signed by the User's prescribing Doctor, or a electronically signed electronic prescription from the User's prescribing Doctor. H I Weldrick Limited cannot guarantee that a request for a prescription will result in a prescription being raised by your prescribing doctor. Prescriptions are issued at the discretion of the prescribing Doctor. H I Weldrick Limited cannot guarantee that a request made for a prescription through our prescription service will result in a prescription being issued by the prescribing Doctor.

We cannot be held responsible for any failure on your part to provide written evidence of exemption from payment or suitable payment being completed prior to dispatch. If suitable exemption evidence or payment details are not provided or the payment is rejected, refused or retracted, H I Weldrick Limited retains the right to withhold dispatch of the medicines. In cases where exemption details or valid payment are not forthcoming H I Weldrick Limited will endeavor to contact you in order for you to provide the necessary details for completion of the held order.

If your prescription medicines appear to be incorrect or damaged or if the delivery appears to be incorrect then please contact our customer services department on 0845 402 4409. H I Weldrick Limited will endeavor to replace any damaged or incorrect orders.

Postage and Packaging for all NHS prescriptions is free of charge*. A free post facility is available for you to send your prescription to H I Weldrick Limited. If you have a prepaid first class envelope the prescription will be sent first class. Hand written or printed labels will be sent second class. Our freepost address is: (Private & Confidential – CC), HI Weldrick Limited, FREEPOST NEA 3622, DONCASTER, DN4 5BR. In order to accelerate the despatch of your order you can fax us a copy of the prescription (to fax number: 0844 933 0279). Your products will not be despatched until the original prescription is received and checked by H I Weldrick Limited

*We recommend that prescriptions for controlled drugs or medicines requiring refrigeration be dispensed at your local community pharmacy. However, if you wish us fulfil your prescription for these types of medicines they will be delivered to UK addresses by specialist courier. Deliveries for these medicines will incur additional charges. In these instances we will contact you to confirm postage costs prior to despatch.

Delivery of Prescription items will need to be signed for by an adult, these items cannot be left in a secure place or with a neighbour. Delivery will be made on Monday to Saturday. We will notify you when we have dispatched your order, it should usually arrive 48 hours after dispatch, unless that is a Sunday.

Private prescriptions will be charged at £3.49 postage and packaging for UK orders up to a value of £35. Private prescription orders with a value over £35 will be free of charge unless stated in the specific item description. We would always recommend that unused prescription medicines are handed in at your local community pharmacy for safe destruction. However if you wish to return unused prescription medicines to H I Weldrick Limited you must first contact the customer services department on 0845 402 4409 to obtain an Authorised Returns Number. Any unused prescription drugs returned to H I Weldrick Limited must be in sealed packaging which is robust enough to be sent through the post to:
