This was taken at a parkour display. The elegance, power and graceful flow of movement in this shot, combined by the illusion of effortless beauty, moving ghost like in its own space, has instilled in me a deep appreciation of the awesome capability of the human body. This admirable prowess and grace, attained by athletes, has inspired me to make more of an effort to keep as fit as I can.
