Anyone who registers their details with Masters Direct will be automatically entered onto the Masters Direct Customer Loyalty Scheme.
Medicinechest.co.uk Ltd can take any action they consider appropriate if they have reason to believe that a customer is abusing the scheme.
Medicinechest.co.uk Ltd can cancel or withdraw the scheme at any time without notice.
Medicinechest.co.uk Ltd can change the terms & conditions of the scheme without notice.
Medicinechest.co.uk Ltd reserve the right to remove Customer Loyalty points that haven't been used within a 3 year period without notice.
Anyone registering with Masters Direct will receive information from time to time about special offers, competitions and promotions. Users can opt-out of this service at any time via the My Account section of the site.
Collecting Masters Direct Loyalty Points
Customers will receive 4 loyalty points for every £1 spent on all private prescription and vet medicine prescription orders. Loyalty points will automatically be credited to your account when you place a qualifying order.
Points are not available on NHS prescription items or delivery charges.
Spending Masters Direct Loyalty Points
1 point is worth 1 penny to spend on private prescription and vet medicine prescription orders.
Medicinechest.co.uk Ltd will not exchange loyalty points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.
Loyalty points cannot be used against NHS prescription orders or delivery charges.
Returning goods
If you decide to return a product, which you ordered the loyalty points credited to your account for the original order will be deducted from your account.
