Many of the effects associated with Alli use are Gastro-Intestinal. It is normal to have very acute changes in one's regular bowel movements when using Alli, due to it's nature. The excess dietary fat which is no longer being absorbed will be excreted in it's undigested form. It is recommended that users are cautious of the changes to excretory mechanism until they are more familiar with the treatment effects.
